SPIC MACAY is a nationwide, non-political voluntary movement founded in 1977 by Dr. Kiran Seth at IIT Delhi. Its objective is to enrich formal education by familiarising young minds with Indian classical music, dance, folk arts, and the values deeply rooted in Indian culture.
